Fails to authorise

Hi,

I am very pleased with your project and eager to get it work, saves us having needles programs open 👍 ..

Unfortunately I get the following error:

Caught HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized
HipChat operators: [] | Olark state: disconnected

Double checked my credentials and even reinstalled without succes. Any ideas? We're still on a free Olark account, but I assume that shouldn't be the problem.

Edit: There is indeed nothing in the brackets / hash..
